The Puntos Card is DOCTOR JACK PHARMACY AND CLINIC’s loyalty card wherein customers can earn points from each Pharmacy Purchase upon the presentation of the Puntos Card.
Points may be redeemed per peso anytime upon presentation of Puntos Card and customer’s identification card.
Under (RA 9994) senior citizens shall be entitled to the grant of twenty percent (20%) discount and exemption from the value -added tax (VAT) on medicines for personal use given that they have the requirements presented upon purchase. DOCTOR JACK PHARMACY AND CLINIC is bound by the Philippine law and is willing to offer the same discount to each beneficiary.
